Events
Over the past 8 years I have covered hundreds of events ranging from charity dinners, Restaurant and shop/business openings, parties, and high level V.I.P events, corporate hospitality, wedding parties, music festivals, and so on. Each event has a unique signature and its vital to get this right from the start.
I love event photography, and using a photographer at an event always adds a little sparkle, ads an element of professional chic with a classic touch of theatre. Guests always feel special and I work pretty hard to make the subjects feel at ease. The trick in photographing an event is to ensure that every angle is covered with a combination of structured compositions and relaxed over-the-shoulder reportage style shots.
Normally, these are the events I am often asked to attend:
Private Parties, Corporate days out, Corporate Dinners & Socio-commercial events, Charity Balls & Dinners, Fundraisers, Charity Events, Birthday parties.
Large shoots of 150 people or more normally require backup assistance to ensure that everyone is covered and the event is fully recorded. I am in constant radio contact with my assistant/s whom are instructed to shoot only the simple setups and easy compositions leaving the more complex work to myself.
